Warranty & Repair
If you would like to send your DAMASKO to our customer service, we would be pleased if you could send with the following information in order to enable the swift processing at our manufactory:
- Name, address, e-mail address (if available) and a telephone number where we can reach you during the day.
- We would be very pleased with a first description of the defect, since this facilitates our procedure with regards to the timepiece.
- If possible, please provide the date of purchase (see invoice), or simply insert a copy of the invoice.
With pleasure you can bring your DAMASKO to our monostore in the old town of Regensburg.
Please note: If you decide not to carry out the repair, we have to charge you €25.21 net for the expenses incurred. If you have bought your DAMASKO at one of our concessionaires, please contact them within the warranty time. For detailed information about warranty and repair, see our General Terms and Conditions.
