Warranty & Repair
Should you wish to send your DAMASKO to customer service, we ask you to send the following information along with it in order to enable the swift processing at our manufactory: Name, address, e-mail address (if available) and a telephone number where we can reach you during the day. We would be very pleased with a first description of the defect, since this facilitates our procedure with regards to the timepiece. If possible, please provide the date of purchase (see invoice), or simply insert a copy of the invoice. For detailed information about warranty and repair, see the Terms and Conditions.
If you have bought your DAMASKO at one of our concessionaires, please contact them within the warranty time.
