In the course of the development of our self-manufactored calibre A35, which also saw the development of a new winding concept, the famous “double eccentric winding system” originated.
In order to establish it optimally both from a technical perspective as well as a quality point of view, we decided to produce all key elements ourselves. In addition to the bearing of the winding device (see section "Micro ball bearing"), the focus of attention now became the production of the winding mass, the so-called rotor.
Today, after establishing the manufacturing and assembly process, we are able to manufacture all the rotors used by us ourselves. This production was further expanded as a result of increased requests from other watchmakers, so that we are now able to manufacture rotors for all common automatic calibres. We benefit from the fact that these can be equipped with either a standard ball bearing or with our own micro ball bearing.
Special models and even innovations can be realised within a short time, whether they consist of single or multiple parts, e.g. with a hard metal segment. Furthermore, surface refinements, such as perlage, Geneva Stripes or the like can be realised. In addition, every imaginable milling or laser engraving is possible.
Even surface treatments such as gold plating, rhodium plating or PVD coating pose no problem.
