If you would like to send your DAMASKO to customer service, please fill in the following information in the form below to ensure smooth processing in our factory. We would be very pleased to receive an initial description of the fault from you, as this will make our work easier.
If possible, please state the date of purchase or enclose a copy of the invoice. We would like to point out that we reserve the right to charge € 40.00 (net) for the costs incurred if you do not have the repair carried out. If you have purchased your DAMASKO from one of our sales partners, please contact them within the warranty period. Detailed information on warranty and repair can be found in our repair conditions and general terms and conditions.
