If you would like to send your DAMASKO to our customer service, please include the following information in order to enable swift processing at our manufactory:
- Email address
- Phone number
We would be very pleased with a first description of the defect because it would facilitate our task. If possible, please provide the date of purchase or include a copy of the invoice.
You're also welcome to bring your DAMASKO to our Monostore in the old town of Regensburg.
Please note that we have to charge you € 30.00 (net) for the expenses incurred if you decide not to carry out the repair. If you have bought your DAMASKO at one of our concessionaires, please contact them within the warranty time.
